Sears Service Sucks!

I AM SO MAD!!!!!!! I bought a washer at Sears last Thursday (over a week ago!) and they said they couldn't deliver it until today so I said ok. They were supposed to come between 1 & 3 so at 3:30 when no one had come I called the number on the voicemail they left saying what time they would be coming. The person that answered said they had tried to deliver it at 1:45 and I was not home. The problem is I was home and never left home and no one came here. So I explained that to them and they said they would call the people back to come back. SO I waiting until a little after 5 pm and no one came so I called again. Same story - they tried to deliver to you but you weren't home. I again explain that I have been home and no one came here. She said they had entered that they went to the address and there was a partially built home with cinder blocks everywhere and no one was there. That is not where I live so I don't know where they went but they didn't come to my mobile home! So they assured me they would call them and make sure they were coming back. A little after 6 no one had shown up yet so I called again and was told that they had to finish their route and then they would return. At 9 pm no one had shown up yet so I called again and was told again that I wasn't home when they tried to deliver it. I again explained that I was indeed home and I had never left my home today and no one ever came to deliver anything to me! She said she was sorry but there was nothing to show that they would be delivering that to me today and they can't deliver it until the 13th!!! So I got ugly with her and got the supervisor on the phone and she proceeded to lecture me on how I should be home when I am supposed to get a delivery!!! I was home!!! I never left my house!!!! SEARS AND THEIR DELIVERY SYSTEM IS A BUNCH OF BULL! DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SEARS!!!! She said she couldn't do anything for me and they would deliver it on the 13th. So now I have to go shopping tomorrow to buy another washer after I go to Sears to get my money back. They have really F'd up my weekend! I am so mad I feel like I am going to explode and now I have to wait until they open tomorrow to go up their and give them an earful! Anyone have a truck I can borrow to pick up a washer because I really need to wash some clothes!!!
